If you have never done Living Spirit Yoga before, our Beginners Series is a great place to start. Learn the fundamentals of alignment, breathing techniques, mindful and effortless movement and the art of relaxation. Many students continue in the Beginners Series. Email or call to register. Gentle Yoga: A Chance to Relax and Rebalance
Our gentle yoga classes are for beginners or for folks who simply like to keep things on the softer side. More time will be spent each class on gentle stretches and restorative poses, although there will be some standing poses. Classes are ongoing.
