Beginners Series

A great place to start (and for some, stay). An 8-week series on the basics of alignment, breathing, and relaxation.

Hatha Flow

These popular classes include a wide variety of poses, creatively sequenced, moderately paced.  Suitable for all levels other than beginners.

Noon Yoga

A vinyasa style.  Suitable for all levels, inclusing beginners

Master Classes

Dynamic three-hour classes on Friday nights for those looking for a deeper experience.  Prior permission of teacher required.  Call or email ahead of time to obtain permission.  Check calendar for dates.

Immersions

Come practice yoga and meditation everyday day for three weeks.  Infuse your yoga practice; transform your life!  Check calendar for dates.

New to Yoga?

Beginners Series: An Introduction to Living Spirit Yoga

If you have never done Living Spirit Yoga before, our Beginners Series is a great place to start. Learn the fundamentals of alignment, breathing techniques, mindful and effortless movement and the art of relaxation. Many students continue in the Beginners Series. Email or call to register.  Sign up now space is limited.

Gentle Yoga: A Chance to Relax and Rebalance

Our gentle yoga classes are for beginners or for folks who simply like to keep things on the softer side.  More time will be spent each class on gentle stretches and restorative poses, although there will be some standing poses. Classes are ongoing.
